Symptoms
When clicking View PDF in Manage Orders, the Purchase Order (PO) PDF Standard report output for the Requested and Promised dates do not match the Requested Delivery and Promised Delivery dates in the UI.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Procurement > Purchase Orders > search for PO
2. Go to Schedules tab > Requested and Promised dates show 10/3/22
3. Click View PDF > Requested and Promised dates show 10/2/22
