OCI: Automatic Backup Failed with Error: Database ocid1.database.oc1.<region>.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx cannot be found on the host (Doc ID 2904901.1)

Symptoms

Automatic database backups failing in Console with the following error:

"Database ocid1.database.oc1.<region>.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx cannot be found on the host. It may have been deleted directly by using DBCLI."

In dcs-agent.log file, backup job is finding an incorrect name for the DBID
