Duplicate Funding Code In Company Funding Sheet (Doc ID 2905211.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
When adding a new funding code to the Company Fund Sheet, Unifier created a duplicate code.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Login to Unifier and go to the funding sheet.
  2. Can see duplicate funding codes in the funding sheet.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
----------------------
When creating the code , the user pressed save button to save the record, but there seems nothing happened, so the user pressed it again. The save button is double clicked and it trigger the error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be no duplicate records in the fund sheet.
