Opening/Creating a Configurables Modules Sheet Only Shows “Edit Record” and There Is No Other Data

Symptoms
On Unifier : Version 21.12.8
When trying to open/create a Configurable Managers sheet in User mode:
Expected Result
The window should open with the sheet showing viewable data with the ability to Create a Business Process record as needed.
Actual Result
The window opens with "Edit Record" and no other data can be seen.
The following can be found in the Unifier log files: Cannot call methods on splitPane prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'collapseSecond'
