Reports For Promotion Usage Are Not Returning All Orders Where Promotion Was Used (Doc ID 2905362.1)

When working on the Sales or Promotions tab and when filtering the Report data to a specific promotion not all orders which used the searched promotion are being returned.

Ex: On Sales Tab, filter by promotion: promo12345
See that Order o123456 was not returned even though a GetOrder response for that order shows that promo12345 was used to provide a discount.


CouponBatch data has been deleted from order(s)
