Timestamp Dates Are Wrong Due To System Override Date Functionality Enabled (Doc ID 2905589.1)

Symptoms

Timestamp dates in the customer Dev environment are wrong.

New objects that are created have the correct time but, the date stamp is always October 3 while testing on October 17 and 18.

To recreate, perform an action on the system that registers a timestamp. The date will be October 3.
