On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Service Request

Why Hyperlinks Do Not Work In The Solution Of Service Requests?

We currently use the HR Help Desk to serve employees in the region.

At the end of the SR, we attach a service survey with an external provider; this works through a hyperlink pasted in the "Solution Description" section after SR is Resolved; however the hyperlink is not functional. Users have to copy and paste the link into a separate browser. Being an extra step, users are not entering to answer this service survey.

Is there a way for the link to be functional in the "Resolution" section?

 

Navigation:

1. Navigate to Help Desk.

2. Click HR Service Requests.

3. Open any existing Service Request:

4. Change Status to Resolved.

5.Enter Solution Description details and any URL or hyperlink

6. Observe the link is displayed as plain text, not functional.
