Custom Emails Do Not Contain the Custom Content That Is Currently Configured (Doc ID 2905882.1)

Symptoms

When configuring a Custom Email notification in Unifier, the Email that is received contains the correct custom "Subject Line" details, but the custom "Content" details are not being displayed in the received email.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is that when the Email notification is received from Unifier that the formatting and text of the header and the content will reflect what was configured in the Custom Email settings.


DETAILED STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > uDesigner > Business Processes > Business Process #1 > Customize Email > Subject Line > "Subject Line in English" enter:   <enter desired Subject Line details > Save.
  3. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > uDesigner > Business Processes > Business Process #1 > Customize Email > Content > Select "English" at top > <enter desired Email Content details > Save
  4. Process a Business Process 1 record such that a task email is sent to a user.
  5. The Custom Email subject line is correct and is displayed as expected.
  6. However, the Content of the Email is not displayed as configured in Step 3.
