'Since' and 'Before' in RESTful Service (Doc ID 2905892.1)

Goal

The RESTFul services that were introduced in Version 22 where users can fetch changes in order, supplier, item etc in a given time frame have input parameters like 'Since' and 'Before'.

Sample URL: services/procurement/order?since=2022-09-19T10:15:00&before=2022-09-19T10:30:00

Is SINCE greater than and equal to (>=) the time passed and is BEFORE less than and equal to (<=) the times stated or is it greater than (>) and less than (<) the time stated?
