OCI Logging - Custom Logs Query is Not Showing Data when Filtering it with Specific Conditions (Doc ID 2906490.1)

Custom logs query is not showing data when filtering it with specific filter conditions.

Custom logs are ingested from the Instance. On OCI console, we try to filter it with specific conditions, but were not able to search the logs when using specific criteria/dates.

When filtering with below condition, we are not able to see the results.
1. Start Date 2022/9/1 00:00 ~ Finish Date 2022/9/12 14:00:00

But when searching with below condition, we are able to see the results, which is just 1 second apart from the 1st condition.
2. Start Date 2022/9/1 00:00 ~ Finish Date 2022/9/12 14:00:01
