Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Participants


When sending the plan doc for acceptance to the issue, it appears an error. 

After running the process suggested in the notification error the same error is received.
 

ERROR
--------

"The GUID value for the participant <PARTICIPANT_NAME> having participant ID <PARTICIPANT_ID_NUM> is invalid. It can't be blank.

Run the process Synchronize User GUID first and try again."
