Symptoms

The workspace creation for only one user errors with the pop-up:

Wizard initialization caught error. WorkbookException: Workbook template Auto Workbook Maintenance is already being used by a concurrent user.


1. Select any workspace template
2, Type any label for workspace
3. Error shows up before the first wizard lookup
