ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the Auto creation condition is met, the record is not created as expected. In addition, an entry similar to the following can be found in the Unifier log files:

Skip deploying job Publish_XXXX because a job with the same naming is running.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The record should be created when linked record reaches a particular status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Unifier, navigate to Source Business Process (BP).
2. Change the Status of a record to Approved.
3. Notice that a new record is not created.
