ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
After completing all setups required by topical essay the ATCUD tag information is not generated at transaction level, so is not printed in SAFT file


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup the Manage Localization Document Numbering for Portugal > set the ATCUD details
2. Create AR Debit memo:
3. After running Finalize program the ATCUD is not displayed in transaction GDFF info and not included not in Print or SAFT file
