ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Purchase Orders
Cancel purchase order  using Purchase Order REST API / Visual Builder is ignoring Cancel Unfulfilled = YES and requisition line is being reinstated after the cancellation.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Requisition line to be canceled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition
2. Process requisition/create a purchase order
3. Cancel the purchase order using Purchase Order  REST API/Visual Builder with Cancel Unfulfilled = YES
4. Review the Purchase Order
header shows status = Canceled
5. Review the Requisition
header shows status = Approved
lines shows
2 lines
line 1 liquidated
line 2 reserved, message : the line was reinstated from line1
