Why is 'Create?' Access Needed for POST Search Operation on Reference Sheet Lines (Doc ID 2907407.1)

Symptoms

When performing a search by Post, a '403-forbidden' error is received when the Access Roles > Access Restriction for referencesheetlines API has 'Retrieve' checked. After checking 'Create?' the operation returns the expected data.
The expected behavior is being able to perform a search by Post by having Retrieve Access only.
