Is it Possible to Change the Batch Prefix and the Document Profile Based on Meta-Data From Email? (Doc ID 2907412.1)

Goal

Would like the ability to assign a Batch Prefix and Document Profile dynamically within both the Capture Client and via an Import Processor Email job (based on the Recipient address of the email for example).

Must have the ability to assign the Batch Name prefix based on the value of one or more metadata fields.  The conditional assignment allows for assigning the profile, but in addition we need the ability to assign the Batch Name prefix based on the value of one or more metadata fields.

There are a couple of use cases:

  1. Our use case is that the customer would like to use a single mailbox for all document types. The customer would create a single mailbox and then assign multiple alias for the mailbox. Content Capture would read the Recipient Address (Send TO address) and based on the Send TO address would assign the document profile and the corresponding Batch Name prefix. This change has the potential to reduce the number of mailboxes from 50+ to 1 per environment. The customer has indicated that this would save them significant cost as well as the internal maintenance and support of the mailboxes.
  2. If a new document profile is assigned, then the ability to assign a new Batch Prefix may be needed in order to ensure the batch matches the profile and is properly filtered in the capture client as well as the "Scan Batch Name" that is sent to the upstream systems should match the profile.
