New Item Request Is Approved By Approver But Remains In Approval Required Status (Doc ID 2907471.1)

Symptoms

On Fusion Product Hub : 11.13.22.07.0
When attempting to approve either a Change Order or New Item Request, the following issue occurs.

-- Issue
The respective user will approve the change order or new item request, however, the approval is not registered.

The BPM approval notification indicates that the task has been approved, however the following error message is observed in the SOA Infra

125013JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[null EGO_PERSON 300000023572039 EGO_CHANGE 300000023572034 300000023572036 -1 ].SEVERITY_ERROR


-- Expected Behaviour
The customer expects that the CO or NIR will be completed successfully after approval

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Product Information Management
2. Create either a NIR or CO, add respective items and update accordingly.
3. Route the NIR or CO for approval
4. Provide approval
5. Observe that the NIR or CO remains in Approval status
