OSF: Unable to Add Item to Cart Directly or from Purchase List if the Item Has Required Shopper Input Property with Error "Missing required shopper input" (Doc ID 2907539.1)

Symptoms

If a product has a required shopper input property, due to no shopper input field on the UI, adding such item to cart from the page or from purchase list will have following error in the API's response:

1. Add an item from purchase list

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Product with shopper input properties that are required.
2. Find the above product on the site and the item to purchase list
3. Navigate to the purchase list, select the item and add it to cart
   Notice the above error.
