Invadjustcre Rib API integration Updates The Current SOH For The Future Dated Inventory Adjustment.

STEPS
----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Call invadjustcre with future create date
  2. Current soh is updated
  3. Inv_adj is created with adj_date as future date
  4. Tran_data is populated with future tran_date

To confirm if this is the expected behavior. Why will a future dated inv adjustment updating the current soh?
