Goal

Mobile approval app (which is using EBS asserter) SSO login failing with error

The webpage at http:ebsasserter.example.com/ebs/login/request could not be load because
net::ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED

When verified in web browser, login was successful. Failure is seen only from Android platform based mobiles. (In iOS based mobiles, SSO is working properly).
