ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FTE does not update when the working hours are changed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see change in FTE when the working hours are changed.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Customer navigates to Position Details, and updates the Working Hours of a position.

2. The working hours are updated.

3. The FTE is not calculating automatically when the working hours of a position are updated. The FTE has to be calculated manually.
