Next Gen Help Desk - Milestone Didn't Show Due Date for Resolution Metric

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected Milestone Due Date to be calculated upon SR creation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go go to Help Desk
2. Create a request
3. Scroll to Milestones area
3. Observe First Response Metric shows Due Date and Completion Date but Resolution Metric doesn't show Due Date.
