Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to add an eligibility profile to the checklist template.
Search does not return any value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The LOV should return because there are number of eligibility profiles already in the system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup and Maintenance > Search for Task: Checklist Templates
2. Open existing Template
3. Search and Select: Eligibility Profile
4. See..LOV does not return any value
