Symptoms


When attempting to create Learning Assignments for users using the Top Department Filter in the Person Criteria option, the Top Department List of Values (LOV) is empty.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Assignments
  2. Click Add Learners and select any type of assignment.
  3. After selecting a Learning Item, click NEXT.
  4. Click ADD and select Person Criteria.
  5. Click ADVANCED to show the field Top Department.
  6. Click the drop down arrow but no values appear to select.
