On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
Unable to upload journals ADFDI due to following warning

EM29You do not have access to this ledger and account combination.
EF05 There is no account with this Code Combination ID.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to General Accounting > Journals > Create journals with spreadsheet
2. populate the details in the adfdi file and then upload
3. check the errors displayed in the journal import output

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import journal entries.
