After Provisioning a WebLogic Domain Stack with Two Nodes The Managed Server in The Second Node Is Not Seeing in The Admin Console (Doc ID 2910452.1)

Symptoms

The provision execution of WebLogic Domain Stack in two nodes is successfully finished and both nodes get provisioned but in the Admin Console there is not Managed Server configured in the second node.
As consequence the WebLogic Sever cluster has the second managed server is missing.

The provisioning.log in the second node shows "Error occurred while performing connect : User failed to be authenticated.".
