On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to view the Proposed Manager in the Direct reports action, the name of the manager is not shown due to a black bar which blocks out the name.

The name can still be seen if highlighted from within the bar.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Name should appear after the manager is selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Direct Reports
2. Reassign Direct Reports -> Proposed Manager -> Name
