On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Contract Authoring
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application is identifying the clause texts that were not changed as changes to clauses and shows them as underlined text (shown in green) when they are next to the changed texts.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Clauses not modified in Word are not be identified as updated on the Review Changes window. Underline text to not continue into the following texts after uploaded to word.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Contract
2. Download Contract
3. Add text to the existing clause content.
4.Terms Actions > Upload Contract
Once the document is uploaded and on the 'Review Changes' screen- the system is identifying Changes to clauses that underlining the text and it is extended to the texts that were not changed as well.
The change identified is the addition of an underline to text that should not be underlined
