Created PDC from Oracle Blockchain Platform Console between two organizations but the transactions are reflected in the ledger of the 3rd Organisation.

In this case, the user had three organizations so the user wanted a case where the transactions between two organizations are not visible to the 3rd one.

created Private Data Collection between two organizations and the transaction must not be visible in the 3rd organization, but even after implementing Private Data Collection from the Oracle Blockchain Console, it was still visible in the ledger of the 3rd organization.

There is no option provided in the console to make a part of the data private and not the whole data. It is not working as expected
