OCI Data Science - Job Run Creates a New Log in the Log Group but the Log is Empty (Doc ID 2910919.1)

Symptoms

OCI Data Science jobs are not generating logs
A job is started in Data Science, however no log data is written out:

  1. Create a new Data Science Project
  2. Create a Job
  3. Create a dedicated Log Group
  4. Upload example.py
  5. Run the Job

The Job Run will create a new log in the log Group, however the log is empty and no output from the job can be viewed.
