How to Send an Notification Email When Inbound Email Service is Denied (Doc ID 2911107.1)

Goal

When profile option SVC_EMAIL_PROCESS_UNKNOWN_CUST is set to N and an inbound email sent from an email address which is not recognized as an employee (for HRHD) or a contact (for CRM).  System will not created a service request for those inbound emails.

How to send an email notification to those email sender and let them know the service is denied.
