Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Manage Benefits

While trying to export one Benefit Program the process completes with the following error:
 

ERROR
-----------------------
Error in export: java.lang.NullPointerException
StandardRate: JBO-HRC:::HRC_FK_ATTR_UNABLE_TO_RESOLVE2: The values 30000000******,30000000****** aren't valid for the attribute ElementTypeId.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Plan Configuration > Export Benefits Plan Configuration
2. Select your plan > Create
3. The export process ends in error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete testing which is holding up milestone dates.
