Attach Detail Report Needs to be Run Twice When Lease Approval is Enabled (Doc ID 2911220.1)

Goal

After validation, generation of schedules, and through approvals when the icon "Attach Lease Details" is run it errors out on first attempt. When this is done a second time it works per expectation.

Error on the validation tab:
“The lease detail report validation failed. The report regeneration will be attempted in the next run of the report generation background report.”

Steps:

1. Create lease
2. Validate, generate scheduled, and approve it
3. Click Attach Lease Details
