On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to Run Payroll / Quick Pay flow an error occurring:

A system error ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.PAY_ACTION_CONTEXTS_VAR_PK) violated occurred in table pay_action_contexts_var at location 500. Contact your help desk.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll Process/Quick Pay
2. Observe the error.
