On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Procurement
Unable to Amend the Contract
Business is trying to Amend the contract. When user is selecting the amend option, system will run more then 5 minutes to update the status and then shows a connection failed message for the environment.
ERROR
-----------------------
ERROR: A connection to the server has failed. (Status=504)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: Be able to successfully amend an active contract.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: Amending an active contract gives error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find a contract in ACTIVE status
2. Try to Amend the contract
3. The system hangs for more then 5 minutes then it throws error
