"SSO ReAuthentication Required" Is Received in P6 Professional After Users Exceed the Default IDCS Session Setting of 480 Minutes (8 Hours).

Symptoms
Several users report that while working in P6 for more than 8 hours, they get a popup window showing the following message:
MESSAGE
SSO ReAuthentication Required
ADDITIONAL
When this message appears, they report that they have to exit P6 and then re-login to continue working. They have reported that if you don't close out of P6 and log back in that it doesn't save your work.
Errors like the following can be found in the Primavera.CacheService.log:
Error Error sending request to CloudConnect
Exception: System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Response status code does not indicate success: 302 (Moved Temporarily).
