Symptoms
Post 22C update, the cost distributions program completes with the below error/s
WOCloseProcessor/wcpUpdateWOSubstitutionFlag: ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
OR
WOCloseProcessor/wcpUpdateWDSubstitutionFlag: ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
This issue occurs specifically when there are in-progress work orders with resource transactions prior to 22D update and additional resource transactions post 22D update.
In this situation, the cost distributions program might keep retrying for a few times, and eventually end with one of the above errors.
Changes
Update to 22D.
