Unifier Web Services - Cannot Call Some UDR Due to Error "500 Internal Server Error-Request Failed" (Doc ID 2912233.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------

When attempting to call a Unifier User Defined Report (UDR) via Web Services (REST API), the following error is returned:

"500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR - REQUEST FAILED'"

The UDR is enabled for Integration and can be run directly from within the Unifier web application successfully.

In version 20.12.3, there is a warning message displayed in response as below:

"There is a mismatch between the data type of columns from data view and the data elements used in the report. Formatting of mismatched data types may be incorrect. Data types between the data view and the report data elements must match for correct formatting."

Status = 500. Internal Server Error - Request Failed

STEPS
-------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using Postman, run the GetUDR REST API. The error message above is returned.
  2. Attempt to call another report and observe that no error is returned and the report data is generated.
