Goal

How to change RMAN channels per node for managed backups.

When a database is configured for backup using "Oracle Managed Backup" or "User Configured Backup", the tooling uses "default" for the backup channels. When default is used, dbaas will determine the number of channels to allocate at the time the backup or restore command is executed. The number of channels allocated is determined by the OCPU count of the node.
