Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Cannot Add the Job Field Multiple Times When Assigning Learners to an Initiative

Symptoms
When attempting to use the Person Criteria option when setting up a Learning Assignment on a Learning Initiative, the Job Field cannot be selected multiple times.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to My Client Group > Learning > Courses > Offerings > Learners section.
- Click on the Learning Initiatives tab > Click on the ADD INITIATIVE button and select the type of Initiative.
- Once the details of the Initiative page is opened input all the required data on the first step, Enrollment Details.
- Click NEXT and on the Select Learners page click on the ADD button and select 'Person Criteria' (Person Criteria page will open).
- Click on the ADVANCED button from the Criteria section.
- Click on the 'Add Fields' drop-down list and select the 'Job' option
- Click again on the 'Add Fields' drop-down list and select the 'Position' option
- Notice that the 'Position' option cannot be added multiple times and it is available for selection in the 'Add Fields' drop-down list while the 'Job' option cannot be added more than once.
