Symptoms
Unable to create / update data in GL Cross Reference screen without providing values in dynamic segments.
ERROR

"Invalid account/segments/set of books id"
Steps to Recreate:
- Make sure the dynamic segments are properly configured.
- Navigate to Foundation>GL Cross Reference
- Click on Actions>Create
- Populate the set of books. Cross Reference Type = Basic Transactions and Transaction Code = DIRAF or any other.
- Populate all segments with a valid account combination except for the dynamic segments.
- Try to save the date and notice the error.
