Symptoms
Issue primarily affects Primavera OCI customers (in Europe) who are set up for SAML SSO:
When launching P6 Professional with a cloud connection (using Webview2), users are prompted with a cookie selection window.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch P6 Professional.
Click 'Connect'.
Select the desired SSO connection.
The Cookie Usage Notification will appear every time.
