Symptoms

Problem Description:

A Manager adds more than one line to the 'notes' section of a Check-in Document as follows

The team member receives the Email and Worklist notification, with the title "<Manager Name> added a note to the "<discussion topic>" Discussion Topic in your Check-In document <CheckinDocName>"

When opening the notification, in the "Note Text" section, the Notification message contains html tags. For example:

Review Period MyReviewPeriod2021-2022

Check-In Date 2022-11-30

Check-In Template MyCheckinTemplate

Note Text:

<p>Hello I am checking to see if you are ok</p> <p>And to see if any HTML tags have been added in the notification</p> <p> </p>
