Symptoms

The view image from Manage Transaction UI not retrieve the archived documents in a specific scenario only if the user enabled the store a copy of a printed or emailed transaction on the transaction itself as a permanent record of the original printed document post 22D update

Steps to replicate :
Go to Receivables > Billings > Manage Transactions
Complete and Review > Click on View Image
User will observe that the documents not shown correctly. or zero bytes attachment shown
