Symptoms

When attempting to copy a quote from the transaction manager, the below error occurs in the bm.log and the quote is not copied.

com.bm.xchange.services.commerce.actions.CmResubmitAction.docCopy(CmResubmitAction.java:329) - Could not copy transaction.
com.bm.xchange.db.BusinessLogicException: Cannot Copy. Attachement Attribute contains invalud fileId value : 1342716600_new
