Goal

Why is My Favorites folder selection not working?

Requesting for assistance to determine the reason why Favorites folder selection is not working.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Login to account_name as "user_name"

2. Go to Folders > Click on the folder dropdown and select "Favorites"

3. You will notice that all the folders show up and cannot be removed as Favorites

4. Also, If you select "All Folders" in the folder dropdown, the user is not able to add favorites

Note: This issue is only happening with this specific user
