Deployments failing with error "32020 - The specified page address <address> must be unique.." (Doc ID 2914144.1)

Symptoms

When trying to deploy, the customer could see the deployment failing with "32020 - The specified page address <address> must be unique..".

 

This was initially only visible in our logs, as the CLI pooling for validation timed out before the error could be visible. This can be fixed by creating and setting an Windows env. variable OCC_STATUS_CHECKS to 600.
