Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens
When attempting to open an FRS report, only one user is able to see the output, other users see the following error. Also users are unable to execute the report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Web FRS
2. Try to open an specific FRS report, the error immediately shws
