On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Item Rule Sets
Unable to Validate Item rules for Entity CrossReference
Need to validate Item rules for Entity CrossReference with severity as 'needs Approval' and getting below error message.
Requirement here is to trigger change order when the Item Class -> CrossReference value gets changed.

" Entity CrossReference cannot be used in rules with severity set to needs approval. (EGO-2745511) "
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Item Rule Sets
2. Create validation rule for Cross Reference
